Our first session is always free, just to see whether we are a good fit to work together. After this you can book one session, or a package of 6, 12 or 18 sessions in advance which works out cheaper.

When you sign up with me for coaching we both sign a contract which we both must respect and adhere to. If you have a medical or family emergency with some notice we can reschedule but if this happens more than once your session will have to be rebooked.

 Coaching conversations require a certain level of OPENNESS so please note all coaching conversations will be treated with highest level of CONFIDENTIALITY. I am bound by the ICF Code of Ethics https://coachingfederation.org/ethics/code-of-ethics
